You have no doubt already heard that workplace pensions law has changed. Every employer now has a legal duty to automatically enrol certain workers into a qualifying workplace pension scheme and to make contributions towards it.

Exceed CA have developed a flexible solution to assist our clients with the implementation and maintenance of their automatic enrolment duties.

Our newly launched Employee Benefits service allows our clients to focus on running their businesses whilst we take care of:
  • Developing a plan from your staging date to registration with The Pension Regulator
  • Assessing your workforce against the Pension Regulator's eligibility criteria.

We will be writing to all of our clients over the next few weeks informing you when your staging date is i.e. the date by which you need to auto enrol your employees. This communication will include a summary of the employer's duties and a suggested timeline for implementing these.
